Rocks
Pour Horse earthenware "rocks" are impressions, in rocklike lumps of clay, of the heads of four different Kristina Lucas Francis sculpts.The "Suspiro" rock, or "Surock", and the Owynn rock, or "Owrock", were introduced in 2000. The Bressay and Nomad rocks were introduced in 2001. They are roughly 2 1/2" to 3" across, were made over a long period of time and were glazed in a rainbow of finishes as awards for model horse shows. Click on the pictures below for larger views.

Known rocks: BYOC 2000 speckled pink Owrock. "Amy Peck's 2001 show" peach Nomad rock. Jamboree 2001 earthy brown Owrock. BYOC 2001 green Surock; blue, cream speckled and teal Owrock; dark blue-green Nomad rock; light blue Bressay rock. Mid Atlantic Regionals 2001 black, pinkish red, reddish Surock; peachy, blue grey Owrock; possibly green Bressay rock. Enchantment Stables show 2002 green Surock; peach/tan Owrock. Many more most likely exist.
